Your retreat package is thoughtfully designed to offer deep rest, meaningful insight, and holistic wellbeing through daily yoga, psychoeducational sessions, and mindful immersion in nature.

Daily Practices & Sessions

  • Morning Yoga Practice (4 sessions - x2 2.5 hours, x2 2 hours)

  • Psychoeducational Workshops (4 sessions –1.5 hours each) 
    Including: experiential exercises grounded in positive psychology and emotional wellbeing.

  • Afternoon Yoga Practice (4 sessions – 1.5 hours each)

  • Meditation & Pranayama woven into our daily rhythm

Accommodation & Nourishment

  • 5 nights in beautiful traditional rooms

  • 5 brunches (daily), 3 dinners (2 days not included)

    Including: Dinner - 4-course meal with 2 glasses of wine/beer per person or soft drink
